Please, allow me to introduce myself - I'm Scott Eckford, technology specialist at large. I'm an engineer working in Operational Technology with experience in just about every type of technology imaginable:

These days I’m largely focused on the software side of things and through this blog I hope to provide an insight into my experiences and hopefully also a bit of helpful advice.
When I’m not working, you might find me out sailing on Lake Macquarie, riding my bike, skiing down a mountain, but most likely spending time with my wonderful family.
